This group provides a safe, supportive environment for individuals to process intense grief stemming from the sudden, unexpected or traumatic loss due to suicide of a loved one. Topics include understanding the complexities of traumatic grief, adopting coping skills, emotional regulation strategies, resource sharing, changes in relationships plus ways to honor loved ones.
This group meets for 6 weeks on Wednesdays from 5-6pm. Facilitated by Rianna Travaglini, LMFT. Begins April 15th, 2026. $35/session.

This group provides a safe, supportive environment for women to empower each other with shared experiences in careers, motherhood, relationships and grief. Members will gain insight, coping skills and ways to build an amazing, rewarding and inspirational life.

This non-religious based support group provides a safe and supportive environment to those who have lost a spouse, sibling or parent to a long term illness, cancer, disease or dementia. Topics include anticipatory loss, healing strategies, self care development, processing the loss itself, and understanding grief and complex emotions.

This group offers support for pregnant and new mothers of babies up to 2 years. Topics include challenges of new motherhood including stress management, implementing self care, adjustment in relationships, the baby blues and other concerns. Members will learn new coping skills, answers to parenting questions and general support by other members and led by a mom of 3.
This group is open and meets weekly on Thursdays from 4pm-5pm virtually. Insurance accepted or $35 self pay per session. Limited to 8 members. Facilitated by Julie Dudo, MSW, LMSW.

This in person support group in Scottsdale provides connection for mothers grieving the loss of their baby by miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy or stillbirth. This group also includes those struggling with infertility and associated challenges. Members will find comfort with each other on topics such as disfranchised grief, coping skills and honoring their baby and themselves on this journey.
This group meets in Scottsdale (Shea and 101 area) weekly for 8 weeks. Meeting times are Fridays from 6pm -7pm. Insurance accepted or $35 per session. Limited to 6 members. Facilitated by Julie Dudo, MSW, LMSW.

This group is for caregivers needing support and practical strategies to cope. Topics include anticipatory grief, caregiver burnout, advocacy and self care strategies as well as learning the Caregiver Bill of Rights. Also explored by request are topics such as disease trajectories, activities of daily living and end of life conversations.
This group meets virtually on Tuesdays from 12pm-1pm and lasts for 8 weeks. $35 per session. Limited to 12 members. Waiting list forming and start date to be determined.
