Ashley has over a decade of clinical experience providing support to individuals and families navigating complex physical and mental health challenges. She has worked in hospice, palliative care, and home health and is passionate about helping people cope with expected and unexpected difficulties in life. She provides attentive and thoughtful holistic practices, combining past-present-future work to help people process their experiences, ground in the moment, and plan for tomorrow. Her clinical perspective is shaped by professional and personal experiences in grief, complex trauma, and loss.
When not working, Ashley enjoys attending yoga classes, binge watching captivating TV shows, and spending time with her husband of 7 years and their beloved Maine Coon cat.
