I support individuals to navigate life’s complex and painful challenges in ways that foster meaning, resilience, and lasting growth. I tailor evidence-based interventions to meet each client's unique needs. I specialize in helping with anxiety, complex trauma, OCD, grief, and life transitions. I also works with clients who are questioning their faith or with religious trauma and addiction. My background as a meditation teacher, interfaith chaplain, and hospice counselor, as well as her personal experiences as a foster parent and with traumatic grief.
