Rianna is a licensed marriage and family therapist with a deep passion for helping people find balance and peace in their lives. She believes in a true connection with her clients, whether it’s guiding adults through struggles with purpose, supporting teens as their navigate through life’s challenges, or helping couples and families rediscover harmony. She offers individual, couples and family therapy. Children ages 9 and older are welcome.

Raised in the heart of an inner city neighborhood in Connecticut,  Rianna witnessed firsthand the profound impact of familial dynamics on individual lives. Outside of the office, she enjoys the discipline and focus of boxing and traveling the world.
