I support people navigating grief and loss, major life transitions, neurodivergence (especially late identified), chronic illness, disability, and perimenopause or menopause. You may feel depleted from masking, advocating for care, managing changing symptoms, or grieving a person, health, identity, relationship, or hoped-for future.
Together, we create a space where your experience is believed and you do not have to minimize who you are. We can explore loss, burnout, anxiety, boundaries, self-trust, and ways to move forward with greater clarity, support, and self-compassion.
I offer holistic, warm, collaborative, person-centered, trauma-informed individual and couples therapy for people navigating neurodivergence, chronic illness, disability, grief, and perimenopause or menopause. We can also make room for spirituality, faith, ritual, and meaning—including religious trauma and faith deconstruction.
You deserve support that honors the full context of your life—not just the challenges you are carrying. Therapy can be a place to feel understood, make room for what has changed, and explore and reconnect with what matters to you. If this feels like the support you have been seeking, I invite you to reach out.
