Supportive Supervision

Kelley is approved by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners to provide clinical supervision to those seeking independent licensure.  She is an LCSW and has experience providing supervision to those working in both outpatient and inpatient settings.

 Individual clinical supervision is available to Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Associate Counselors (LAC) and Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (LAMFT) seeking independent licensure in the state of Arizona. Kelley does not offer supervision to those opening their own private practice at the non-independent level.

The cost for each one hour individual virtual (teleconference) supervision is $125.  

Group supervision is available virtually at a rate of $50 per hour. Current group supervision is held on the first Thursday of every month between 1pm - 2pm, Arizona time.
